A message from our CEO
We have been monitoring the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and we are following the guidance from the CDC and OSHA to ensure that we are making consistent, fact-based decisions about our activities, our employees ‘safety, and our operations.

With this in mind, we want to provide a brief update on the state of our operations:
  1. Our factory remains fully operational. However, we are suspending in-person ordering or local customer pickup until CDC and local guidelines announce it is safe to resume. We will continue to educate all of our employees on COVID-19 symptoms and preventive measures. We are requiring social distancing and staggered work hours inside our factory and will require any employee who is not feeling well to stay at home.

  2. Our Customer Service is still available to take orders and answer any questions M-F; 8-4 EDT. 800 461-3533 (Intl. 803 548 4809) However, the hours of operation may vary as more information and regulations come to light. You can also contact us via e-mail at info@cocomats.com with any questions.

  3. Our priority remains to provide our customers with the best product we can make while putting the health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities first.

  4. We are donating a percentage of our sales to local charities who provide food to those who are in need during this ongoing crisis. These charities include Meals on Wheels and Loaves and Fishes.
