Terms, Conditions, Return Policy and Refund Policy
The following are our Terms of Sale, by placing your order you are agreeing to them:
  1. Production time: As all of our custom mats are hand made to order. Please allow a minimum of 1 weeks and up to 2 weeks from the placement of your order for production, plus shipping time. If you need your mats sooner please call us to discuss other options.
  2. Shipping Methods: Our standard shipping method for U.S. lower 48 states is UPS ground. UPS ground shipping time depends on how far you are from our CocoMats.com shop (We are located in SC). As an example: most of NC, VA and SC is 1 day. CA is 5 working days. FL, GA and AL is 2 working days. You are welcome to call us before or after placing your order and we will be happy to give you an estimate of the shipping time or provide you with pricing for overnight, 2nd day air, or 3rd day air. Please keep in mind that air shipments for our Cocomats are quite expensive, as the mats are heavy. International customers and customers from Hawaii and Alaska will need to call or e-mail us for shipping rates. Our U.S. Tel # is 1(800)461-3533 and our e-mail is info@cocomats.com. Our International shipping method is either UPS or DHL. We have excellent discounted rates with both of these carriers (Up to 66% off). Please call or e-mail for quote. Standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is Priority mail. If you want to ship to a P.O. Box in the U.S. you will need to call us for a rate quote for Priority mail.
  3. Payment and Charges: All of our custom mats are made up per order. With this in mind, all credit cards are charged prior to the start of our manufacturing process which can be up to 2 weeks before the mats will ship. If payment is by check we will start production upon receipt of the check.
  4. Warranty: All of our custom mats are warranted against defects in material and workmanship, for a period of one year. We stand behind our product 100%. Should you have any problem with fit or the wear of your mats, within the first year, please contact us and we will rectify the problem by either replacing the mat(s) or fixing the original mats.
  5. Return and Refund Policy: All of our custom mats are made to order. They are not returnable and all sales are final. If you are not sure that the color of the car mats you are ordering will match your cars interior, please call us or e-mail us for a swatch before ordering because all of our mats are made to order and are not returnable. If your mats do not fit your car this will fall under our warranty and we will replace or recut the mats so that they will fit correctly in your car.
